Angelika Beutel (Demburg) - Trainer / Instructor
Angelika has trained in Classical Dressage and 3-Day Eventing for many years. She grew up riding and showing dressage and combined training in Germany. In 2003, she successfully completed her instructor/trainer certification at the Hanoverian Riding School in Verden, Germany. She also earned her FN Silver medal in 2001 and also had the chance to ride and train with many great people throughout Germany and the US, such as Hans Georg Stotzem, Joachim Weist, Jean Moyer and Eric Smiley to name a few. Angelika has experience teaching and training up to 4th level Dressage and Preliminary Level in Eventing.
Angelika is a great confidence builder for horse and rider both on the flat and over fences as her teaching style is creative and positive. Whether you are just learning to ride a round circle or practicing flying changes, she always looks for the most appropriate training solution. Angelika has also retrained several off- the-track Thoroughbreds for careers in Hunters, Jumpers, Dressage and 3-Day Eventing. She offers help with problem horses on the ground and under saddle as well as starting young horses.
She also has experience with teaching riders who own “non-traditional” breeds, as one of her students successfully competed her Saddlebred mare in local dressage competitions. Lessons are personalized to fit the needs of each horse and rider team. Angelika and her students attend most of the USEA horse trials and some CHJA and RMDS shows in Colorado, and she is available to coach at those events. Angelika can also show your horse for you if you still need more practice at home, but want your horse to get show experience and gain confidence.
